- This is a great mixer. It kneads bread dough so well that I retired the bread machine. Cakes, cookies, whatever. It works very well.Just one little problem. Be sure to air dry the bowl after washing, either by hand or in the dishwasher. The reason is, the bottom section of the bowl, where it clicks into the stand, has holes. If water gets left in there, be sure to make sure it's dry before reattaching to the base. If not, it will get nasty and possibly, as it did for me, mold will grow inside. It's very hard to get rid of. I used white vinegar and boiling water, and it wasn't easy. But the mold does wash out. It's happened to me twice now. I need to be much more careful. Just so you know.I love this machine. Best stand mixer I've ever had.

- This stand mixer was a lot nicer than I expected it would be! The stand suction cups to the surface which was handy, it's also smaller and more compact in comparison to a KitchenAid stand mixer. Someone said that the mixer was too loud and mine was about as loud as a normal hand blender. I whipped up a buttercream frosting and it turned out so well! If you're looking for an efficient stand mixer that doesn't cost and arm and a leg I would recommend this blender.

- I've never owned a stand up mixer and with the costs of Kitchenaid mixers, I've been hesitant. With and good price, I gave it a try.I've made: Challah Bread, Cinnamon Rolls & icing. The dough hook made kneading way easier!Big fan so far, like the suction cups on the bottom.Easy clean up bowl & slippery, non-stick on attachments.

- This is my first mixer with the rotation type blade so I can only compare it to one with beaters. It seems to be ok I have only used it alittle. to whip egg whites, you have to use at least 1 cup. Do have to stop and scrap sides of bowl, I hear that is common in these type of mixers. The fuller the bowl the better it seems to mix.

- My husband got me a chessy little handheld mixer for christmas one year, and it worked fine for about two years, when it gave up right in the middle of a cheesecake I was making. So I decided since I was dabbling in a little more baking than before, I wanted to go with a stand mixer this time, and I didnt want to spend an arm and a leg.I just used it tonight to make three loaves of banana bread! They turned out great! I love how easy the mixer is to use, clean and store. Its definitely a winner in my book. Happy with my purchase!
